Shipping Information

We try to ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipment will only be provided to the address given as the 'shipping address' during payment.

Domestic Shipping (including US territories and APO/FPO addresses)
Shipping for woven wraps and ring slings will be provided via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation for a flat rate of $12.50. Shipping for accessories will be provided via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance, and the cost will be determined by the size of the shipment. 

International Shipping
Shipping will be provided via DHL Express Worldwide with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation for a flat rate of $45. Shipping for accessories will be provided via DHL Express Worldwide with tracking and insurance, and the cost will be determined by the size of the shipment. 
The buyer will be responsible for any and all customs fees incurred. If the buyer refuses to pay the customs fees and the item is returned to sender, any fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount as well as a 10% administrative fee for processing the return.
ABW staff will mark customs forms as "merchandise" and will list the full purchase price as the item value, as required by law. 
*At this time, shipping is not provided to Canada due to compliance regulations. 

If you do not want to have to sign for your shipment, you must email info@appleblossomwovens.com directly after placing your order. Declining the signature confirmation service constitutes agreement that you are solely responsible for your package once tracking is marked 'delivered'. That means if tracking says it delivered your package, but your package is not in your mailbox, Apple Blossom Wovens is not responsible for replacing that package.
